Cities Dropdown - Country/Zone/City Setup

I want to add the postal code and detailed address of the commune/district and district/city to the shipping address and billing address to extend the default Opencart location system. Default Opencart forms only support countries and state/ provinces but lacks cities, districts, towns. This extension provides new feature to customize default city list to achieve database unity.
